Schooner Heron, 21 years sailing Maine Coast

This is a photo of Schooner Heron on her maiden sail after launching in 2003. We can't believe it has been almost 21 years since we built her. Over the next months, before the sailing season gets busy, I will try to post photos of the building of Heron. It was an amazing project for our family and all those involved.

SCHOONER HERON will finally be making the last leg of the long passage home to Rockport.. This year was the first season sailing in the Grenadines, doing day trips from Bequia to the Tobago Cays and also custom week charters in the beautiful islands of the Grenadines.
